Possess at least 3 GCE 'O' Level credits with a minimum of C6 including English and Mathematics OR ES WSQ Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5 and above OR WSQ Advanced Certificate in Fashion Technology OR TaF.tc's Advanced Certificate

All students are required to have basic computing skills i.e. turn on the laptop, use the mouse, drag and drop files, use online search engine for research; and be a competent user of Microsoft Office. Students are also expected to have knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

All students must also be competent in, or possess equivalent skills and knowledge in pattern drafting and sewing. This skills-based requirement has to be validated with certification or TaF.tc entry assessment.

All students must also be competent in, or possess equivalent skills and knowledge in the following courses prior to attending this module: Drafting and Sewing: Casual Knits OR Basic Drafting and Sewing
