Through the Workforce Singapore’s (WSG) Career Conversion Programme (CCP), we have helped companies like Charles & Keith, LIDL, and Melissa Shoes find the talent they need for their objectives and train them on-the-job. Now, we can help you find the right talent to support your business goals.

 

Matching your objectives with the right talent and support

  • 🤝 Our career advisors will work with you to share your candidate requirements through our curated databases and make a customised schedule that balances work obligations and training requirements.
  • 🪡 Our candidates are PMETs (Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians) and will be trained in Apparel Design, Fashion Business, Footwear Design, and/or Bag Design according to the company’s requirements.
  • 📈 Salary support of up to 35-45% of the candidate’s monthly salary is provided for the first 12 months of the candidate’s employment. View more about the salary support here.

 

 

👋 PHASE 1: GET IN TOUCH

  1. First, do check if your company meets the CCP requirements. You can hire through the CCP if your company is:
    • registered or incorporated in Singapore
    • able to offer employment directly related to the job which the CCP is for, with remuneration that is commensurate with the market rate
    • able to commit to the CCP training arrangements for the candidates they have selected
    • committed to work with WSG or TaF.tc on the necessary administrative matters related to the programmes
    • able to show at least S$10,000 paid up capital in ACRA bizfile. Otherwise, the company must submit the latest audited financial report or bank statement for assessment of the company’s ability to sustain the employment.

  3. Once we’ve discussed your candidate requirements, schedule requirements, and business goals, we’ll share your job description to our student networks and public career portals

  1. We will find a candidate that matches your needs, and we will do a background check with them before we introduce them to you.
  2. You’ll get to interview the candidate and decide whether you would like them to join the team

 

🙌 PHASE 3: GET TO WORK

  1. Upon acceptance, we’ll work with you to formally arrange the chosen candidate’s employment, training schedule, and salary support.
  2. We will create a communication plan to ensure a smooth, positive work placement experience.
  3. Your candidate will join your team!
