Programme Advisor

TaF.tc is seeking an ambitious and high-energy sales development Rep to support the company’s sales & marketing team. You will work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to execute on a new specialise sales division made out of “Sales Development Reps”. The new position will help create identify and track sales new or existing corporate leads, generate sales reporting, evaluate success, trends and failures of sales campaigns, assist with sales forecasting, strategies and tactics thus gaining valuable sales experience. This candidate should be well organized and be prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

As a TaF.tc Sales Development Representative you'll play a key role in prospecting new business for the company.

 

Here's What You'll Do Day To Day

• Reach out to leads (Fashion Owners and decision-makers) to convey TaF.tc’s value offerings

• Convert qualified leads into the scheduled meeting.

• Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices

• Learn the science behind a sales process and methodology through the HubSpot CRM.

Customer Relations Executive

TaF.tc is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive customer relations executive to support various departments such as Sales, Operations, Tech as well as Accounts. You will be working directly with a few other customer service executies/associates to address customer needs and ensure that they are have a good experience with us. This candidate should possess fantastic interpersonal skills and is prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
 
 As a TaF.tc Customer Relations Executive, you will be a key player in the company in ensuring overall positive customer experience by providing outstanding support to meet their needs in order to build customer lifetime value.
 
 Here's What You'll Do Day to Day

  • Attend to customer enquiries on courses, course contents, and types of funding (Inbound sales)
  • Filter sales enquires to relevant respective programme advisors to secure leads
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction from point-of-sale conversion to student competency/the end of qualification/module
  • Create relationships with corporate entities to ensure the satisfaction of their student representatives
  • Assist and make necessary arrangements for student requests (e.g change of intakes, reassessments, withdrawals)
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Develop, test, and implement ways to improve or digitalise student onboarding
  • Innovate and implement new ways to ensure customer satisfaction

Here's What You'll Do Day To Day:
 

  • Ensure students and trainers are satisfied with timely receipt of training materials and equipment through your efficient coordination of logistics arrangements for online classes and onsite training.  
  • Ensure classrooms, materials, tools, and equipment are well maintained and optimized for learning.
  • Keeping students, trainers, and staff happy with a fully stocked-up pantry.
  • Provide administrative support whenever required.


Here's What Is Minimally Required:
 

  • General Certificate in Education "O" Level or equivalent.
  • Well-spoken and written in English.

Curriculum Learning and Experience Executive

TaF.tc is looking for a Curriculum and Learning Experience (CLX) Executive to building an ethical, inclusive, and technologically-enabled Learning Experience for our stakeholders (i.e. educators, adult learners, and even your fellow colleagues). TaF.tc’s newly revamped Curriculum and Learning Experience (CLX) department is expanding to meet the demands of adult education in this post-pandemic world. To that end, you will conceptualise and implement new approaches or solutions that will benefit all stakeholders, whilst ensuring that our courses continue upload the highest standards of quality in order to prepare our students for the industry’s latest challenges.

As a TaF.tc CLX Executive, you'll play a key role in the further leveraging on technology and include new digital platforms to create a more holistic eco-system for our line of business. From developing our very own student management platform, to embarking on projects such as creating our very own learning management system, we are determined to explore new ideas that will help us to revolutionise the way we think about adult education. We are committed to continue to train the fashion industry, while equipping our students with both the hard and soft skills needed to take on either full-time employment or entrepreneurship.

 

Here's What You'll Do Day to Day

Working Towards Academic Excellence.

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to conduct literature reviews, and assist in developing new courses, or updating existing ones in order to keep pace with developments in the industry.
  • Liaising with governmental regulators and representatives, as well as working with government systems (e.g. WDA’s Skills Connect and CPE’s License One profile) to ensure that our courses are registered as meeting national standards.
  • Conduct internal checks on the quality and effectiveness of our training programmes and training materials, in order to ensure that they meet our school’s standards.
  • Be willing to track, prepare, analyse and present data related to academic quality control and departmental KPIs to senior management and government authorities.

 
Co-creating an Unparalleled Learning Experience.

  • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of our training efforts, and develop new creative learning methods or digital training materials in order to improve its efficacy.
  • Self-ownership in developing and implementing new classes alongside industry experts. You will be involved at all levels of this new course development - from sourcing for prospective trainers, and gathering suppliers to support lessons, to even coming up with effective educational methodologies.
  • Coordinate between Trainers and Vendors to ensure that project deliverables for e-learning development is met.
  • Identifying and implementing digital solutions in order to address hinderances to a frictionless learning experience
  • Be part of a team championing the department’s digital transformation both academically and administratively.
