Executive

TaF.tc is looking for a Full-time Executive.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Provide administrative support to LCD department and senior management.
  • Assist trainers and assessors to conduct research online and with industry subject matter experts in the development of new curriculum or updating existing curriculum.
  • Assist in the creation of digital content for training purposes.
  • Assist in the preparation of various reports required in Learning and Curriculum Development.
  • Maintenance of TaF.tc’s Profile and Courses registered in SkillsConnect and CPE’s License One profile.
  • Ensure that all Training Materials meet the TaF.tc’s requirement with proper version control status.
  • Manage Document Control for changes to Forms, PM/OM for LCD department.
  • Assist in the development of the Trainer/Assessor Observation Calendar, allocate resources and coordinate the implementation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Work Plan Calendar for Curriculum and Course Review.
  • Track the Quality and Effectiveness of the Training conducted by the trainer and by the module to ensure that TaF.tc standards are met.
  • Track the Department KPI on a quarterly basis and analyze during department meetings and communicate to the various authorities.
  • Assist in coordination between trainers and vendors to ensure timeline and deliverables are met for all e-learning development.
  • Review development tasks and timeline and communicate with stakeholders on project status.
  • Track the Quality and Effectiveness of the Training on multiple platforms.
  • Other Adhoc tasks assigned.
