From learning precise alteration methods and advanced garment reconstruction to livestreaming and affiliate marketing on TikTok, the programme bridges traditional craftsmanship with the modern digital marketplace. Graduates can choose to build a home-based service, join AlterAround as certified partners, or expand their client base online with full guidance from our community.

The AlterAround Assessment is a practical evaluation of the skills acquired throughout the sewing, drafting, and alteration modules. Trainees will demonstrate their expertise in garment fit evaluation, pattern drafting, and alteration techniques by completing a series of tasks that simulate real-world challenges. This assessment ensures participants are fully equipped to apply their knowledge and deliver high-quality alterations, creating well-fitted garments that meet industry standards.
Enhance your professional journey with this course, focusing on self-awareness, CV building, interview prep, and LinkedIn optimization. Participants also explore the Mentorship Support Grant (MSG) for business growth and skill development.
Admission Requirements
Singaporean or Singapore PR

Aged 21 years and above
AND -
Possess at least 3 GCE ‘N’ Level credits including English and Mathematics
OR -
NITEC
OR -
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Fashion Technology or TaF.tc's Advanced Certificate or Avanced Certificate from any PEI
OR -
GCE 'N' Level Credits with a minimum of grade 5
OR -
IELTS score 5.5 or TOFEL score 46

Pass in-house entrance test
AND -
Students are required to have basic computing skills i.e. turn on the laptop, use the mouse, drag and drop files, use online search engine for research; and be a competent user of Microsoft Office.
