This course will prepare you for the demands of the industry, and create a collection within the shortest possible time. The development of the design collection takes a look at both the inspirations and practical considerations that go into a design collection. Conceptualise your collection through runway shows, forecast information, directional trends and consumer demands. Get in touch with the process every step of the way from size specifications to overseeing the samples to the final fruition of a complete look all within a given scope.   • Analyse runway shows, forecast information, directional trends and target market’s lifestyle and mindset changes
  • Conceptualise collection based on forecasted trends/ runway and/or researched target market
  • Create design boards and production drawings based on forecasted trends and/or on researched target market
  • Create technical packages for your own collection
  • Supervise the production of sample garments and/or accessories according to technical specifications and to make amendments if there is any variance
