This course offers you a step by step approach to achieve your goal and help you develop a road map for your business. This module covers the creation of retail concept, conduct consumer demographic studies, research and develop sales and marketing strategies, merchandise strategies, financial plans and budgets as well as developing forecasts with action plans for reality checks. A good business plan with financials is time consuming but an absolute essential for you to have a successful business that’s going to survive the initial start-up. Admissions

To enrol, you must fulfil the following requirements

Aged 16 years and above

 and 2

Possess at least 3 GCE ‘O’ Level credits with a minimum of C6 including English and Mathematics OR ES WSQ Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) level 5 and above OR WSQ Advanced Certificate in Fashion Technology OR TaF.tc's Advanced Certificate

 and 3

All Students are required to have basic computing skills - i.e. able to turn on the laptop, use the mouse, drag and drop files, use online search engines for research; and be a competent user of Microsoft Office.

Graduation

To graduate, you must fulfil the following requirements

1

75% attendance rate of total training hours per module

 and 2

Assessed and be competent for every module

International Students

To enrol, you must fulfil the following requirements

1

Aged 16 years and above

 and 2

High School Diploma equivalent to GCE 'O' Levels with minimum grade C6 for 3 subjects, including English and Mathematics AND IELTS score 5.5 or TOEFL score 75

 and 3

Yes! You can use any SkillsFuture Credits you have to pay for course fees.

We do not offer any make-up or replacement classes.

We highly discourage you from missing any classes since the entire program is designed to be hands-on intensive. There is also a minimum attendance requirement of 75% of training hours for Singaporean and PRs, and 90% of training hours for international students. If you do not meet the 75% attendance requirement, you will not be eligible to enjoy subsidies nor to sit for the assessment. Make sure you block off your time during your training with us or find an intake option that will ensure you do not miss any classes. You will only wish that you had more time in the class!
