We know that sometimes your plans may change, so any request for a refund of course fees that is paid either before or after commencement of the course shall be made as per the following refund policy:

Note: The above policy does not apply for courses with a duration of 2 days or less.
If you wish to change the course start date after you have completed registration, please note that there will be an administrative fee of SGD $32.10 (incl. GST). Once the course commences, we will not be able to make any changes, and the above policy will apply.
A minimum attendance of 75% of training hours per module is required to qualify for final assessment. Training hours includes classroom lectures, activities excluding assessment hours. You will be deemed as absent should you be on sick/medical leave, personal leave, overseas assignment, or any other reason which prevents you from attending the module.
Important note for Full-Time International Student Pass holders:
It is mandatory for you to achieve at least 90% attendance for all your classes on a monthly basis. If you do not meet this requirement, your student pass may be cancelled and you would be required to return to your home country. In the case of absenteeism as a result of sick/medical leave, a medical leave certificate will need to be presented to the school. However, if you are absent for other reason, a written explanation and/or supporting documents (if any) will need to be provided to the school accordingly.
You will need to attend assessment as per course schedule provided. If you are unable to attend and wish to re-schedule, please make sure that you inform the school 2 weeks before the original scheduled assessment date. Kindly note that there will an administrative fee of $53.50 (inclusive of GST) chargeable for each request of re-schedule of assessment date.
If however you are deemed Not Yet Competent (NYC) during the assessment there are potentially 2 courses of action to be taken, i.e:
a) Re-assessment Based on Assessor’s recommendation, you may be allowed to request for re-assessment of a module. A request must submitted to the school within 1 week from the date of the last assessment date and fee of $128.40 (inclusive of GST) duly paid to TaF.tc. The re-assessment must be completed within a month from the last assessment.
b) Appeal Process If you disagree with the result of your assessment, you may appeal for the review of your assessment outcome. To appeal, you will need to submit in writing to school within 1 week after the assessment. An appeal fee of $21.40 (inclusive of GST) will need to be paid for processing. You will be notified on the appeal outcome within a week of submission and decision will be deemed as final.
In order to graduate, you’ll be required to adhere to the following:-
• To meet attendance requirements to be allowed to sit for assessment for each module (refer to Attendance Requirements below) • 100% competency in each of your respective modules.
Thereafter, you will be awarded a WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA) or Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Fashion Technology.
Upon successful completion of the course, and if you have been assessed to be "Competent", you will be awarded a WSQ e-Certificate. You can download your electronic WSQ Certificate (e-Certificates) directly from SkillsConnect. SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) will notify you via SMS/email once your WSQ e-Certificate is ready for download. For more information on how to download your e-Certs, click here.
For WSQ Qualifications only: TaF.tc will print a hard copy of your certificate and transcript, and they can be collected by students from TaF.tc.
All course and training materials provided during the course are protected by copyright laws, and must not be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, broadcasted or otherwise exploited in any manner, without written permission from TaF.tc. All course and training materials are solely for personal and non-commercial use.
TaF.tc reserves the right to change the course schedule and the trainer. However, TaF.tc will use our utmost effort to inform respective students of any changes within 5 working days before the class commencement date.
TaF.tc reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the class, or change the course fee without prior notice. The terms and conditions set may be modified or amended without prior notice.
We would like to inform all our students that once you have commenced with the course, we will strongly encourage you to meet the graduation requirements stated above, as failure to do so may result in you being held personally liable for the reimbursement of the SSG subsidy to TaF.tc.
Students who do not meet the minimum requirement of 75% attendance, and are not assessed as "Competent", shall be liable to pay TaF.tc for the course fees subsidies given.
