Thibault has over 10 years of project experience in over 20 countries across Asia and Europe. He is expert on revenue growth, pricing strategies for new and existing product portfolios. He works across numerous industries: fashion, retail, consumer goods, consumer electronics, media, telecommunications and hospitality.
Thibault has developed new pricing architectures based on consumer market research. He also defined optimized price points based on price threshold analysis, optimal share of assortment per price range and price-entry/promotion price guidelines.
Clients include both Asian and multinational companies, such as: Singapore Airlines, Philips, Etika Group, Denis Group, Celcom, Schaeffler and Huntsman.
