TaF.tc Trainers & Curriculum

Courses at TaF.tc are developed and delivered by passionate experts with a wealth of industry experience in the subjects they teach. As a result, the training they impart is peppered with real life examples and situations shared in the classroom. This makes the sessions very vibrant and meaningful.

The centre recruits industry practitioners and experts who have a proven track record of high achievement in the industry and are passionate about sharing their expertise with the next generation through teaching and the creation of training materials.

Courses for a variety of subjects covered for the Fashion Industry specifically including Design, Merchandising, Engineering, Sustainability, Social Compliance, Visual Merchandising, Retail buying and customer service are developed and regularly revamped to stay relevant and current and keep pace with global advancement.
The course materials include course notes, trainer guides, learner guides, PowerPoint slides, lesson plans and assessment plans.

The lessons themselves are a mix of lectures, hands-on activities, role-plays and assignments. Real life case scenarios are woven into the development to facilitate better learning and absorption
Most of our trainers are ACTA-certified (Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment) and are approved by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) of Singapore to run the WSQ courses at TaF.tc.
