FASHION PRESALES ENGINEER
Mission:
Your role will be to provide technical support in customer needs analysis, process analysis, training plans elaboration, management and monitoring of agent and customer training.
In constant collaboration with the account sales person, you will define and participate in the execution of the sales strategy best adapted to the projects.
Your advanced technical and business knowledge of the Product prototyping & Manufacturing processes in the fashion industry will contribute to the growth of the company and the maintenance of its market leading position.
Your ideal Profile:
- Four-year bachelor degree, preferably from a technical fashion school
- 3-5 years of experience in Fashion engineering (pattern design, fashion design and/or garment product development position).
- Demonstrated expertise in practices and procedures related to prototyping and manufacturing processes in the fashion industry.
- Familiar with CAD applications dedicated to Fashion industry (ideally with the software Lectra Modaris and Diamino), and you have a good working knowledge of the production process within this industry.
- First class communication and presentation skills
- High level of process analysis skills to operate with senior level decision makers
- Energetic and adaptable
- Fully PC literate (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in English, other foreign languages will be appreciated

Your role will be to support the agents and distributors in achieving their budgets by providing technical support in customer qualification, preliminary project preparation and presentation, implementation plan scoping and quantification.
In constant collaboration with the account sales person, you will define and participate in the execution of the sales strategy best adapted to the projects.
Your advanced technical and business knowledge of the Product prototyping & manufacturing processes will contribute to the growth of the company and the maintenance of its market leading position.
Your contributions will also include:
- Pre-Audits, presentations, customized demonstrations of the proposed solution, implementation plan preparations
- Preparation of solution reports customized to the customer’s specific situation and needs.
- Participation in international fairs and exhibitions
- Reports on all pre-sales and sales activities on a weekly basis
Your ideal Profile:
- Four-year bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Apparel or Merchandising
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or pre-sales or consulting
- Demonstrated expertise in practices and procedures related to prototyping and manufacturing processes
- Deep technical knowledge of Lectra or competitor offer will be an advantage
- Proven success in management of large apparel and retail accounts and proven ability to develop new business within existing and new accounts
- First class communication and presentation skills
- High level of process analysis skills to operate with senior level decision makers
