Course Description

Teamwork is vital for competing in today's global workplace.  Individual merit is not as desirable as a high level of collective team performance.  Teams should be a norm in any industry rather than an exception.  This course emphasize on the knowledge, skills and attitude towards team establishment, team culture and communication within a team.  Team building creates successful teams which are crucial to organizational excellence.
