Course Description
In today’s fashion industry, speed to market is the critical success factor for any retailer.  Changes in designs have to be quick and accurate.  Physical sampling is costly and time consuming.  The quality of the pattern draft is only decided when the sample is made up.  For every sample which has to be redone, costs of fabrics, accessories and CMT would have been wasted.  Virtual fit allows user to test the quality of the draft without incurring real cost in terms of fabrics, accessories and sewing.

V-Stitcher is an integrated sampling, designing and merchandising (E-Store) application set to reduce the lead time of the product development cycle of apparel retailers and manufacturers through 3D visualization of garment and fabric details in today’s competitive environment.
