Subject Synposis

Use a digital camera, transfer images, save images and crop images. Subject Synopsis: Training is an everyday activity that organisations need to partake as a means to improve the knowledge, skills and abilities of their staff. With the ever increasing demands of the job and the changes taking place around us, the need for effective trainers to drive home learning objectives becomes more vital to the success of any organisation.

There are many individuals with excellent technical skills and extensive industry experience. These are ideal candidates to be trainers. However very often, that individual could not break their knowledge into digestible pieces, and share their experience in an effective manner nor transfer their skills
