  • Participant should be at Supervisory level –managing a group of people
  • It is also applicable for personnel who intend to take up supervisory or management positions

Certificate Issuance

Upon successful completion of this course Trainees will be given WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA). WSQ certifications are nationally endorsed and recognized by industry partners

Course Overview
This Training provides systematic approach that participant can use to make incremental and breakthrough improvements in processes that produce products and services for customers. It covers mainly three aspects -

  • Supervising and monitoring quality control systems internal as well as external
  • Reviewing processes for improving quality
  • Developing and maintaining quality control record systems

  • Maintain work quality
  • Identify the tasks required to be carried out in accordance with established organisational procedures
  • Report variation to plan in accordance with established organisational procedures
  • Monitor to ensure quality of goods received from suppliers and in-house process is in accordance with organisational quality standards
  • Make decisions on disposition of non-conformed product/parts in accordance with organisational procedures
  • Analyze data recorded in accordance with organisational procedures
  • Prepare quality report in accordance with organisational procedures


  • Monitor work related processes in accordance with quality and organisational procedures
  • Report fault and give feedback in accordance with organisational procedures
  • Suggest action plan to improve work processes in accordance with established organisational procedures
  • Organise quality improvement activity to improve product/process
  • Document and communicate quality of product/materials with appropriate person
  • Identify learning needs for future work requirements in consultation with appropriate person

  • Provide feedback to improve on quality system and work processes according to organizational quality procedures
  • Records are maintained in accordance with established organisational procedures
  • Any discrepancies found are noted and reported in accordance with organisational procedures
  • Explore the opportunities for self and the team members beyond the current quality expectations
