Course Description

This course is to empower participants with effective oral communication skills to handle interactions with people at workplace and personal level. The participants will identify their own strength and weaknesses in listening, and eliminate bad habits and attitudes that are counter productive to communication effectiveness. They will apply the right techniques of listening skills and develop appropriate listening style to sharpen communication skills for building trust, consensus, relationship and improving efficiency.

For anyone who wishes to strengthen their listening and communication skills to achieve results by being able to influence people at workplace and to build positive interaction with others.
