Who Should Attend

Merchandisers who work in factories, buying houses or for retailers who wish to have a better understanding of how to effectively advise clients of problems and how to provide workable solutions to such problems.

Objective

The first part of the course will provide the participants with an interactive session that allows them to hear from one another and the lecturer as to the problems that they have experienced in the day to day life of a merchandiser. From there, the training will look at how these problems impact the customer-buyer, and the companies that the merchandisers work for.
The second part of the course will deal with how to solve these problems in the most cost efficient and timely manner. Participants will be given specific problems and will be asked to come up with a solution for those problems.
The third part of the course will look at how we communicate problems and solutions to the buyers. Participants who now have an understanding of how various problems can impact the buyer’s business, and having thought out solutions to the problems will now work on the means to effectively communicate both problems and solutions to the buyers.
