Course Description

   Personal effectiveness is the foundation on which all performance is built. Without a strong foundation, individuals will be limited in their ability to achieve high performance. This course is to help the participants to discover themselves and make positive changes to achieve greater personal effectiveness at work and personal level and interpersonal relationship. Participants will learn the combination of factors such as personality, communication style, self-esteem, time management, conflict, negotiation and many others that impact their personal effectiveness.  They will also learn the skills, methods, and techniques required to eliminate self defeating behaviors and work effectively and confidently with others.

   All participants are involved in the group-pair work activities, interactive discussions, self assessments, exercises, and role plays designed to enable them to leave the course with clear understanding of themselves and be able to apply techniques learnt for achieving personal effectiveness.
