Course Description

Work sometimes cannot get done not because of incomplete information or confusion about processes but due to the lack of proactiveness and initiative of some people, whom we depend on to assist in the completion of tasks. There are times when orders are incomplete, orders are inaccurate and it takes time and money to rectify these issues.

This course will equip participants of the concept of “Being Proactive and developing a professional attitude (Pro-attitude)” and demonstrate the importance of personal responsibility and the causes and consequences of a lack in initiative and personal responsibility.

Anyone who wants to improve on the quality of relationships through taking personal responsibility and initiative to get things done.

Objective

The aims of this subject are:
a) To equip participants with broad based knowledge on the nature and concept of Taking Initiative & Personal Responsibility
