There are times when orders are incomplete, orders are inaccurate and it takes time and money to rectify these issues. This course will equip participants of the concept of “Being Proactive and developing a professional attitude (Pro-attitude)” and demonstrate the importance of personal responsibility and the causes and consequences of a lack in initiative and personal responsibility. |
