  • Participant should be at Supervisory level –managing a group of people
  • It is also applicable for personnel who intend to take up supervisory or management positions

Certificate Issuance

 

Upon successful completion of this course Trainees will be given WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA). WSQ certifications are nationally endorsed and recognized by industry partners

Course Overview

This course covers the following areas-

  1. Identification of work improvement activities and how key performance indicators can be executed in accordance with organizational procedures
  2. Establishment of the action plan and how to obtain approval to execute the improvement activities in accordance with organizational procedures
  3. Develop appropriate means of communication to achieve the key performance indicators and how to Resolve issues arising during implementation of improvement activities in accordance with organizational procedures.
  4. Facilitate work teams to complete the improvement activities
  5. Evaluate the results of work teams against the expected key performance indicators and take corrective actions.
  6. Document report on the outcomes of improvement activities implemented  and communicate to the relevant stakeholders  in accordance with organizational procedures

This unit is delivered through lectures, simulations and hands-on activities. Participant will be engaged in many active discussions.
