Course Overview
This course covers the following areas-
- Identification of work improvement activities and how key performance indicators can be executed in accordance with organizational procedures
- Establishment of the action plan and how to obtain approval to execute the improvement activities in accordance with organizational procedures
- Develop appropriate means of communication to achieve the key performance indicators and how to Resolve issues arising during implementation of improvement activities in accordance with organizational procedures.
- Facilitate work teams to complete the improvement activities
- Evaluate the results of work teams against the expected key performance indicators and take corrective actions.
- Document report on the outcomes of improvement activities implemented and communicate to the relevant stakeholders in accordance with organizational procedures
This unit is delivered through lectures, simulations and hands-on activities. Participant will be engaged in many active discussions. |
