This 3-Day seminar/workshop will give the participants a step-by-step “How-To” guide for setting up their Business Enterprise (in Singapore) to include: Identifying & registering the best type of business for the product or service, establishing a corporate identity, (the business name, corporate colors and stationary suite), writing a basic business plan, office set up, accounting solutions, to intellectual property registration, email and website planning. The second half of the course will walk the participants through the process of what is needed to create the first collection from design, merchandising, production and shipping. |
