|
It takes groups of specialists to create a final apparel. If one link is weak in the supply chain, then this weakest link will determine the progress of conceptualization, design, production and supply of apparels to the consumers. This course seeks to help participants build an effective and participative team at the work environment. As no man is an island, all of us will find ourselves working in teams. Participants will learn and be able to apply interpersonal and group skills and as a result, foster a closer and more productive team. Besides looking at one’s interpersonal skills and how these can enhance teamwork, this course also looks at how conflict may arise and how we can overcome conflict through proper negotiation strategies |
