Course Description

In the hectic life of being in the fashion industry, effective written, verbal and non verbal communication are habits that we should cultivate to ensure no miscommunication occurs as such a situation may result in huge and irreversible costs. Imagine if were to get orders wrongly shipped to consumers! In a sense, we must get our message through to others and ensure the message is decoded and understood fully.

This course will seek to equip our staff with the necessary skills in ensuring effective communication. This is important as most day to day communication is distorted hence resulting in ineffective communication. This course will enhance their skills through group discussions, role plays and through games and activities. Everyone and anyone can attend this course to improve their communication skills.

Any participant who is working in a group setting and would like to improve on the quality of communications within the team

Objective

The aims of this subject are:
a) To equip participants with general broad based knowledge for effective communication
