Course Description
This training provides basic fundamental skills of measuring a human body, flat pattern drafting and basic sewing for simple collarless tops and skirt. The participant will learn how to operate and thread the lockstitch and overlock sewing machine and sewing techniques for medium weight woven fabric. The drafting involved technical methods in pattern development of various kinds of skirts and tops.
This unit is delivered through white board drafting, quarter scale drafting, demonstrations and hands-on sewing operations. |
